Four apps.
One business.
TallyMate works the same on a Mac, a Windows PC, an iPhone and an Android phone — and every device signs in to the same business.
What you need
| App | Needs | Runs on | Where to get it |
|---|---|---|---|
| macOS | macOS 26 or later | Apple silicon and Intel Macs | Coming soon to the Mac App Store Listed as “TallyMate Mac”. |
| Windows | Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11 | x64 and ARM64 PCs | Coming soon to the Microsoft Store |
| iOS | iOS 17 or later | iPhone (not made for iPad) | Coming soon to the App Store |
| Android | Android 8.0 or later | Android phones | Coming soon to Google Play |
All four sign in to the same business. You need the internet to sign in the first time on a device.
Always in step.
A sale made on the counter PC shows on the owner’s phone a moment later. The Mac and the PC keep a full copy of the book; phones keep what they need.
Works offline
Entries saved without internet stay on the device and sync when it comes back.
Daily self-check
Once a day each device checks itself against the cloud, fetches anything newer and sends up anything only it has. Nothing is deleted, and it never stops work.
Devices list
Settings ▸ Devices shows each device with its name, system version and when it was last used.
Same book.
Native feel.

macOS and Windows: the whole book on the counter.
Product boxes on the Entries screen, arrow keys between them, Return to save — and a second display for the customer.

iOS and Android: the business in one hand.
A bottom bar for your main screens, a sale window that rises with your finger, and today’s figures one swipe from the right edge.

Your business, wherever you sit.
The same book on a Windows laptop, a Mac at the counter and the phone in your pocket — one TallyMate account.
Fast with a very big business.
No real business data is used for these tests. Results come from test machines, simulators and emulators.
Built for millions
of entries.
Tested with big made-up businesses — up to 4.5 million entries and 20,000 products — and a sale still saves in under half a second.
Every speed change was checked against the old way of adding up: the figures must stay exactly the same. More about the tests
