Everything
TallyMate does.

Every screen, button and setting, what it’s for and how it works — grouped, with the apps that have it.

01

Entries & selling

The day’s book and the fastest way to fill it: product boxes, a barcode scanner, and the change worked out for you.

TallyMate for Mac: the Entries screen for Thursday, October 15 with product boxes, entries and today’s figures
TallyMate on a phone: the Entries screen with today’s sales

Entries screen

The day’s book: every sale, payment and paid-out in two columns, CASH and CREDIT.

Entries appear as they are saved, newest first, with the time and who saved them. Search today, this month, this year or everything (Search From Today / Month / Year / Search Everything). Go back to earlier days to look; new entries always go on today. Phones have a Past days calendar.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Product boxes (sale window)

Tap or click a product to put it on the bill.

Tap the middle of a box to add one, type a quantity, or (Mac and PC) move between boxes with the arrow keys and press Return to save. Prices can be changed on the box if the owner allows it (Editable Product Prices). The busiest products come first. On a phone the sale window opens by pulling the bottom bar up; a long press types quantity and price.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Pay by Cash, Card, Bank Transfer or QR — or Split

Record how each bill was paid.

One tap pays the whole bill one way; Split divides it (for example Card 200 + Cash 400, “Cash to take 400”). TallyMate only records how it was paid — it never takes the money. Card, bank and QR money is kept out of Today’s Balance, because it is not in the drawer.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Cash and change

Type the cash handed over and see the change.

The Cash box sits on the receipt and the change appears as you type. Amount needed to save an entry decides whether a counter sale can be saved before the cash is typed (on by default on Mac and Windows, off on phones).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Payment QR with the amount

Let the customer scan and pay.

Add your business’s QR in Settings ▸ Payments (a picture of it, or its text). Where the QR type allows it, the amount is filled in, and a Test QR for 100 lets you check it first. Supported: your bank’s or wallet’s QR, UPI (India), SEPA bank transfer (GiroCode), Swiss QR-bill, QR Platba (Czech Republic), bank-transfer QR (Russia), NBU payment QR (Ukraine), Swish (Sweden), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Monzo and Revolut.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Other entry buttons

Fix the book when stock or cash doesn’t match.

Next to Sale and Return are Product Short (With Cash), Product Loss, Extra Product, Cash Loss, Cash Over and Paid Out, and Paid In for cash put in. They are shown in red and add up in the Adjustments Report. Each button can be switched off in Settings.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Edit an old entry in place

Correct a mistake without making a second entry.

Open the entry and choose Edit entry: it keeps its receipt number and date, is marked “edited”, and stock and balances follow the change. Changing the time and date is a separate choice. Both can be put behind a password or an approval per person, and every edit is written to the Audit trail.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Delete, Undo and Trash

Mistakes can be put back.

After a delete an Undo button appears. Deleted entries, products, accounts and expenses go to Trash (Settings ▸ Trash) and can be put back for 40 days; then they are removed for good.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Prices: retail, wholesale, special, discounts and tax

The right price for every buyer.

Each product can have a wholesale and a special price; each customer has a price level and a “Discount % on everything”. Products can carry a discount on the selling price or on the buying cost. Tax: give it a name (GST, VAT), a business rate (prices include it), a tax number for the receipt, and a rate per product if it differs; “Tax in sales” shows on reports.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Products sold by measure

By weight, by your own unit, or by money.

Mark a product Sold By Measure with your own unit name; quantities take up to three decimals. Type it by weight, by an amount of money (“500 of sugar”), or show both with a small switch on the box (Settings ▸ General ▸ Type measured products as).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Business type: Cash & Credit, Cash Only or Online Only

The app fits how you sell.

Chosen once, when the account is made. Cash Only hides customer accounts and every credit figure (suppliers stay). Online Only has no counter: only online orders, couriers and stock. Selling online can be switched on or off at any time for the other two (Settings ▸ Online ▸ Sell online).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Customer screen (second display)

The customer sees the bill as it is typed.

Switch on Show a customer screen. A second window — on a second monitor if one is connected — shows each product as it goes on the bill, the total, the cash paid, the change, and your QR code with the amount.

MacWindows

Quotations

A price offer that can become a sale.

Make a quotation for a customer or a walk-in, with a “Valid until” date; send it by email, WhatsApp or text message; Make sale turns it into a sale in one step. Status: Open, Accepted or Declined.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
02

Cash & today’s balance

Always know what the drawer should hold — and where every rupee, dollar or dirham went.

TallyMate’s sidebar with today’s cash sales, payments, paid out, expenses, profit and balance
TallyMate for Mac: the Dashboard with today’s figures and a weekly chart

Sidebar: today’s figures

The drawer at a glance.

Grouped into Money in, Money out, Result and Balances: Today’s Cash Sales, Today’s Payments, Today’s Cash & Payments, Today’s Paid Out, Today’s Products on Credit, Today’s Expenses, Today’s Profit, Card Bank & QR Today, Today’s Balance and Current Balance. It always shows today, even while you look at an older day. Any figure can be hidden or locked per person.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

On phones, swipe in from the right edge.

Paid Out, Expenses and Capital

Money that isn’t a sale, kept in its place.

Paid Out for quick cash out of the drawer; Expenses filed by name and group (rent, salaries, bills), with an Expenses screen and report; Capital for the owner’s investments and withdrawals, kept apart from trading.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Recurring costs

Rent, salaries and bills that come every month.

Add a cost with its day of the month (1–28) and its expense name. When it falls due it waits for you to Confirm (or Confirm all due), so nothing is booked without you.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Cheques

Cheques from customers and to suppliers.

Record the bank, the number and the date on the cheque. They wait under “Waiting to clear” until you mark them Cleared or Bounced. A notification comes at 9 AM on the day, and each morning until then.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

End shift and hand-over

Count the drawer against the book.

Press End shift: TallyMate shows what the drawer should hold, you type the Cash you counted, and it says Matches, Short by or Over by. Take money out, then Hand over to the next person. A limit can be set (“Warn when a drawer is out by more than…”); anything beyond it is flagged in the Shift report. Card, bank and QR money is left out of what the drawer should hold.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Dashboard

The business on one page.

Sales today, Cash in hand today, Profit today, Recovered today, To receive and To pay; a Transactions chart by Day, Week, Month or Year; Needs attention (products running low, products expiring, customers due to pay, cheques due this week, recurring costs to confirm); and Who owes the most.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
03

Customers & suppliers

One account per person, every entry in it, and a balance that is always exact.

TallyMate for Mac: the account of Sunrise Café with a receipt showing the previous and the new total balance
TallyMate on a phone in dark mode: a customer account with a balance of 55,517

Customer and supplier accounts

Every entry and the running balance.

Customers have Credit (goods given) and Payment (money received); suppliers have Buy and Paid. The balance is always exact; the sidebar shows Balance Owed To Us, Balance We Owe and the net balance. Show accounts as a list or as boxes, sort them most recent, highest or lowest first, and put them into groups (drag them in, or tick several and choose Move to…).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Forms like Apple Contacts

Only what you need on the screen.

New and Edit customer or supplier: Name and Phone are always there; everything else waits as a small “⊕ add …” row — second phone, email, address, credit limit, discount %, ID number, payment plan, message and receipt settings — and opens when tapped. Products fold their optional prices, discounts and Sold By Measure the same way, and a new online order folds Channel, Discount, Packing and Weight.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Contact suggestions

Fill in a new customer from your contacts.

As you type a name or number in New customer or New supplier, matching contacts are suggested; picking one fills in the name, phones, emails and address. Contacts are read on the device only, after you allow it once — they are not sent anywhere.

MaciPhoneAndroid

Not on Windows.

Credit limit

Stop a balance growing too far.

Set a limit per customer. A sale that would pass it asks first: “Over the credit limit — Save anyway”.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Payment plans

When each customer should pay.

Off, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Choose Dates; change it for all weeks or months, or “Let me choose each” week, month or day. A customer can also be marked Promised to pay on a date, with a note.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

The bell: Payments to be Paid / Payments to Make

Who is due, day by day.

A list of every account with a date to meet, soonest first, with how many days are left (or late) and the amount. “Previous” shows dates that passed without a payment. A notification can come when a payment falls due.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Reminders

Ask for the money politely.

Set a reminder date on an account, or press Remind everyone (Remind everyone due on a group): WhatsApp, Messages or Mail opens with the reminder ready, you press Send, and the next one opens. Supplier groups have Confirm what we owe everyone. On Mac and Windows, a daily helper can bring the reminders up for you, ready to send.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Daily reminder helper: Mac and Windows.

Statements

Send a customer his account.

Send statement on an account, or Group statement for a whole group, by WhatsApp, Messages or email.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Pending (reserved) goods

Charged now, collected later.

On a sale, type how many did not cross the counter. The account is charged for all of it and the rest waits under Pending, shown as reserved stock, until you press Deliver. The same works for a supplier who was paid but hasn’t sent everything: Receive when it arrives (it shows as Stock In Transit until then).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Repeat last order

Sell the same again in one press.

On an account, repeat the products of the last order.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

On phones: the Repeat button on the account page.

Advance held

Money paid before goods.

A customer who has paid more than he owes shows an advance, and the Dashboard lists the advances held.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
04

Inventory

Sales, purchases, returns and losses move the stock by themselves. You just look.

TallyMate for Windows: the Inventory screen with stock and reserved counts
TallyMate on a phone in dark mode: the Inventory screen

Products

Your full list with stock, cost and price.

Each product has a name, barcode, cost / unit and price / unit, units per box, a group, and optional extras: wholesale and special price, low stock alert, expiry date and batches, freight per unit, and online price. The Inventory screen shows each product’s stock on hand and what was sold today, as boxes or a list.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Groups

Keep products (and accounts) in order.

Make groups, rename them, move them earlier or later, and drag products in. Reports can count By group.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Adding stock and purchases

Buying from suppliers.

Add inventory by boxes received × units per box, or Add Just Units. Buy on a supplier’s account (Buy) or for cash (Inventory purchase — Paid from current balance). Goods still to come wait as pending until they arrive.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Freight

Profit counted after transport cost.

Freight / unit is added to the cost, so profit is counted after freight.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Low stock and expiry

Know before you run out.

Give a product an Alert when inventory reaches level; the Low Inventory list and a daily notification show what is low. Products with an expiry date (and batch numbers) warn a set number of days before — 30 if left empty — under Expiring soon.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Order from suppliers

Reorder in one message.

Lists what is low (and not already on the way) by its last supplier. Send order sends each supplier his list.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Price List and Inventory Value

What you have and what it is worth.

Print or share the price list. The inventory value is worked out at buying price or sale price — your choice.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Barcode labels

Print labels for your shelves.

Choose products and the number of copies of each, and print. Products without a barcode get one.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Barcode scanner

Scan instead of typing.

A handheld barcode scanner (USB or Bluetooth) works on every screen with product boxes, in Returns (scan a receipt) and in Online (scan a tracking number). Every receipt prints its own barcode.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Phones use a handheld scanner, not the camera.

Bring Your Old Data

Move from paper, Excel or another book.

Add many products, customers, suppliers, couriers or old online orders: type them, paste cells from Excel or Google Sheets, open an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file, or pick a photo of your list (read on the device). Match the columns, check each row (new / already here / problem), choose what to do with ones already in the book, set opening balances and opening stock, then import. Past imports can take an import back.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
05

Online orders

From a WhatsApp message to money in the bank: every order, every step, every courier.

TallyMate for Mac: online order cards with buyer, city, value and status
TallyMate on a phone: the Online screen with orders running late

Orders, Customers and Couriers tabs

Your online business in one screen.

Every order with its buyer, city, channel (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Website, Marketplace, Phone, Other), payment (Cash on delivery or Paid in advance), courier, tracking number, weight and money: order value, delivery charged, packing, discount, goods cost, courier charges and profit. Filter by Open, All, Late, courier and city; a totals line shows how many, their value, what couriers still have to collect, and profit.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Order steps

New → Confirmed → Packed → Dispatched → Delivered → Paid.

Or Returned → Return received, or Cancelled. One button moves an order to its next step; pick many orders and Change status at once. Who took and who confirmed each order is kept. Confirmed and packed orders hold their products aside as reserved stock.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Kilograms or pounds

Weigh parcels the way your couriers do.

Settings ▸ Online ▸ weight unit: kg or lb. Order forms, labels and parcel slips follow it.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Late orders

Nothing forgotten.

Set the days allowed for each step (to confirm, to dispatch, in transit, for a return to arrive). Orders count down and turn red when late; the Running late list and a notification show them, including courier payouts that are overdue.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Paste orders from WhatsApp

One or a hundred at a time.

Paste the messages: each order is found — name, address, city, phone, products, quantities, special prices, free products — and shown to check before saving. Repeated or already-saved orders are flagged.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Couriers and rate cards

Exact courier charges.

Each courier has weight slabs, commission (% or fixed), return charge, GST and COD tax, delivery on returns, and the days after which it pays. New rates apply from a date; old orders keep their charges. Next tracking number fills in by itself and goes up by one. A Default courier can be set.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Courier payouts

Know what each courier still holds.

To settle lists delivered parcels not yet paid for. Record payout with the expected and received amounts, and the difference is shown. On Mac and PC you can scan each parcel’s slip to tick it.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Scan to tick: Mac and Windows.

Parcel labels and courier list

Ready to stick and hand over.

Print, or save as PDF, a label per parcel — your logo and the courier’s, phones, a stamp of up to three lines, and the price style (total only, products + delivery, full breakdown, or no price) — and the courier’s list for the day. Hand all to courier in one go.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Messages to buyers

Updates at every step.

Send update on WhatsApp (or iMessage/SMS or email, your choice) with the tracking link (your courier’s page or 17TRACK) and an optional order picture. Send all updates at one step sends to every order at that step, one after another, with your own Seconds between messages. Change the wording if you like; business name, order number, step and tracking are always added.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Online Dashboard

Online at a glance.

Orders, delivered and returned today; open orders; what couriers hold; return rate and profit for 30 days; couriers, the cities with most returns, best-selling products; and what needs doing — to confirm, to hand to the courier, returns not back, couriers late with payment.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Ad spend

Profit after advertising.

Record what you spent on ads (with tax on the deposit, if any); the Online report shows net profit after it.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Risky buyers

“Returns often”.

A buyer who has returned parcels before is marked, and repeat customers are shown.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

TallyMate on a phone: one customer’s report with totals and entries by date

Every report can…

Choose a duration, view it Daily / Monthly / Annually, choose columns and top boxes, add charts (bars or pie) or show just charts. Dates follow your date format, and profit columns can be hidden per person. Who may open each report is set per person.

Receipts & printing

Every sale, payment and return gets a numbered receipt — printed, or sent as a picture or text.

A TallyMate receipt with products, quantities, the previous balance and the new total balance

Receipts

Every sale, payment and return gets one.

Each has its own number — numbers never clash, even with several devices — and a barcode; scan or type it later to find the sale or take a return. It shows the cashier, previous balance, new total balance, cash and change, discount (as an amount, a % or none), products still to deliver, and your bank details if you want. Separate designs for cash and for credit sales, and a policy note for each. Styles: “Simple — one line per product” or “Table — Products, Price, Qty, Total”.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Printing

On receipt printers or A4.

Paper size 58 mm roll, 80 mm roll or A4 sheet; choose whether Save and Print are one button or two. Mac and PC print to any printer they can see; iPhone prints with AirPrint and Android with its own print system (Wi-Fi printers). Reports, parcel labels and price lists print too.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Picture or written receipts

Send instead of printing.

A picture receipt (“Printed slip” or “Clean card” style) or a written receipt (one or two lines per product), with each part switchable: goods, rates, balance, pending goods, who served, business address. Send Message Again resends any receipt. On iPhone a receipt picture can be saved to Photos.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
08

Messages

Receipts, reminders and order updates go from your own WhatsApp, Messages or email — in your words.

WhatsApp, Messages (SMS) and email

From your own apps.

TallyMate opens your WhatsApp (the app, or WhatsApp Web on Mac and PC), Messages or email with the message ready; nothing is sent until you press Send there. Each customer can have their own channel, and “Text” or “Picture”. On Android, WhatsApp Business works too. Windows has no SMS app of its own: it uses Phone Link if installed, otherwise the text is copied for you. A country code setting turns local numbers (07700 900123) into international ones for WhatsApp.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

WhatsApp Business: Android.

Your own wording

Your words, the app’s figures.

Add a line before and after payment reminders and sale slips; edit the greeting, closing and email subject for online messages, with {name}, {business}, {balance} and {order}. Figures, balances and order details are always filled in by the app.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Seconds between messages

For sending many at once.

How long TallyMate waits before opening the next message (0 to 60 seconds), set in Messages settings and in Online settings.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
09

Staff & access

Everyone signs in as themselves, and you decide — button by button — what each person may see and do.

People and roles

Everyone signs in as themselves.

Settings ▸ Staff ▸ Add Person: a name, a role — Owner, Manager, Cashier or Full access, or your own role name (“Supervisor”, “Night shift”) that works like one of them. You don’t give them a password: each person makes their own. Auto lock after a set number of minutes, Lock Now and Switch User.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Passwords belong to the person

Nobody — not even the owner — can set or change someone else’s password.

A new staff member makes their own password (at least 4 characters) the first time they choose their name: Make your password. Changing your own asks for the current one; for anyone else, Edit Person only shows “Password: set” or “No password yet”. Forgotten? The owner can only Clear password…: it is written to the activity log for good, the person is signed out and told who cleared it and when, and they make a new one. A wrong password shows a clear red message under the box.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Access for every screen and button

Five choices.

Press Access on a person and set each screen, button, sidebar figure, report and Settings page. Start from a role, Copy from… another person, Set all…, or Undo my changes. Coloured dots show each choice at a glance.

  • Allowed — goes ahead on its own.
  • View only — opens and can be read, but nothing can be added, changed, deleted, saved or sent.
  • Password — asks for a password first (you choose whose).
  • Request — sends a request to the person you choose and waits for a yes.
  • Hidden — not on their screen at all.
MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Requests

Approve from anywhere.

A “Request” sends an Approval needed message; the owner (or the person chosen) taps Approve or Deny in Requests, on any of his devices.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Sees only their own work

For any role.

Switched on, that person’s Entries, search, receipts, sidebar, reports, online steps and dashboard show only what they saved themselves. The owner always sees everything.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Remote staff

Work in your business from their own device.

Invite someone by email with a role. They make their own TallyMate account and enter the invite code, so they never see your login. Remove access at any time (“Remote access”).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

One device at a time, and Can work offline

Per person.

One device at a time: a person can be open on only one device; the owner sees where each account is open (Open now) and can Sign out that device. With Can work offline off, that person can only sign in while the internet is on, and TallyMate locks if it stays off for 3 minutes. The owner can always work offline, and the owner’s own account can be allowed on several devices at once.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Staff attendance and pay

Present, absent, half day, advances, salary.

Everyone counts as present; tap a day to mark absent, tap again for half day. Give advance and Pay salary, with the advances taken off.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Audit trail

Who changed what.

Every edit, deleted entry, product or account, changed time and changed price — with who and when.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
10

Sync & devices

One business, kept in step on every device — and still working when the internet is off.

One cloud business

The same book everywhere.

Every device signed in to your business keeps in step through the cloud (Google Firebase). The Mac and the PC keep a full copy of the book on the computer; phones keep what they need.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Works offline

Keep selling.

Entries saved without internet stay on the device and sync when it comes back.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Daily self-check

Devices never drift apart.

Once a day (and after a long time offline) each device checks itself against the cloud, fetches anything newer and sends up anything only it has; nothing is deleted. If two devices still disagree on the balance, the owner sees one quiet line — “Devices don’t agree — checking again”. It never stops work.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Refresh

Sync now.

Mac ⇧⌘R, Windows F5 (both can be changed).

MacWindows

Version 1.1 everywhere, and About

The same version number on all four apps.

Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android are all version 1.1. About in Settings shows the version and opens the website, Support, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Mac: also in the app menu. Windows: also in the profile menu.

Settings ▸ Devices lists each device with its name, system version and when it was last used.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
11

Backups

A locked copy of the book in your own drive, every day, without you lifting a finger.

Automatic daily backup

A locked copy in your own drive.

Once a day TallyMate saves a copy of the book to your own iCloud Drive (Mac and iPhone, in a TallyMate folder), OneDrive (Windows, plus a copy in This PC ▸ Documents ▸ TallyMate Backups) or Google Drive (Android, in a TallyMate folder — the app can see only the files it made). The newest 14 copies are kept, and they are locked so only TallyMate can open them. On by default; the drive copy can be switched off.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Back Up Now

One button.

Sends everything to the cloud now and writes today’s locked copy to your drive. One line shows “Last backup … — cloud ✓ · iCloud ✓” (or OneDrive / Google Drive).

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Emergency restore (owner only)

For when something is missing.

A small Emergency restore… link at the bottom of Settings ▸ Backup, with a warning. Restore from the cloud, a saved copy, or a file you choose. What you restore is merged in: anything missing comes back and newer work is kept. Nothing is deleted. A backup from a different business is refused, and staff never see it.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid
12

Security & privacy

Your business stays yours: an emailed code to sign in, no ads, no tracking, no selling of data.

Account with an emailed code

Your business stays yours.

Sign in with email and password; for safety TallyMate also asks for a 6-digit code emailed to you each time you sign in with your password. Create account, Forgot password? and Have an invite code? sit at the bottom of the sign-in screen.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Face ID or fingerprint

Unlock the phone app quickly.

iPhoneAndroid

Passwords that can’t be guessed by trying

“Too many tries. Try again in … s”.

A wrong password shows a clear red message; tries slow down, and staff passwords are stored only as one-way digests.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Your data stays yours

No ads, no selling.

The business’s book is kept on your devices and in Google Firebase, so you can sign in anywhere. No ads, no tracking, no selling of data. Anonymous usage statistics (numbers only, never names or amounts) can be switched off: Share anonymous usage statistics.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Delete my account

In the app.

Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete my account, confirmed with your password and an emailed code. For an owner this deletes the business’s book from the cloud and ends every staff member’s access. Your own backups stay until you delete them.

MacWindowsiPhoneAndroid

Business details locked

Name, number and address need your account password to change.

Built for big businesses

Tested on very big made-up businesses — no real business data is used for these tests.

Built for millions of entries.

Tested with big made-up businesses — up to 4.5 million entries and 20,000 products — and a sale still saves in under half a second.

Every speed change was checked against the old way of adding up: the figures must stay exactly the same. These are results from test machines, simulators and emulators with made-up data, not a promise of the same times on every device.
